Everyone shares one balloon called Puff. Each card you draw blows more air in, and whoever takes Puff past 21 is out. Dodge your turn, pile turns on a friend, and be the last one standing.

How to play
Your turn: draw a card
Play any bonus cards you like first, then draw. A number you draw goes straight onto Puff.
Over 21? Pop!
Puff pops on whoever drew the card. Pop Puff and you are out.
Let It Out saves you
Everyone starts with one. Tap it in time and Puff goes back to 0. The last one standing wins.

Pass It Back skips your draw, Double Trouble hands someone two turns, and Nope! cancels whatever was just played.
